We currently hire only the most qualified, dedicated, and motivated individuals in the field.  All positions are "at-home" positions and the candidate must be able to provide DSL or high speed internet.  CIT currently does not provide dictation equipment, so it is the responsibility of the applicant to be able to provide this (it is inexpensive).  If you apply and are considered for a position, references and a typing test will be required.  When applying, please be sure to include the type of specialty you are applying for in the subject line of your E-mail.

Hospital Acute Care Medical Records: 

Applicants must have at least 7 years of recent work experience transcribing medical record reports.  These reports MUST include ER, H&P, OR, Consultations, and Discharge Summaries.  At least 2 years at-home experience is preferred. 

Hospital Radiology:

Applicants must have at least 5 years of recent work experience transcribing Plain Films, MRI, CT, Nuclear Medicine, Sonography, and Mammography.  At least 2 years at-home experience preferred.

Hospital Pathology:

Applicants must have at least 5 years of recent work experience transcribing Cytology and Specimen Biopsies.  Autopsy experience is a plus.  At least 2 years at-home experience is preferred.

Hospital Cardiology/Pulmonology:

Applicants must have at least 5 years of recent work experience transcribing Cardiology/Pulmonology dictation.  At least 2 years at-home experience is preferred.

Clinic and Doctor Office:

Applicants must have at least 5 years of recent work experience transcribing hospital and/or clinic dictation in one or more specialized fields.  Such fields would include:  Cardiology/Pulmonology, Urology, Orthopedics, Psychiatry, OB/GYN, Gastroenteroloty, Internal Medicine/Family Practice.  No at-home experience required for clinical transcription.
